About the Role
McIlveen is hiring an Intake Specialist to be the friendly, professional first point of contact for prospective clients. This is a consultativeinside salesrole focused oninboundcallsno cold calling.Youll handle incoming inquiries, qualify prospects, document details in our CRM, and schedule next steps. Outbound calls are limited to returning missed calls and following up with interested prospects.

What Youll Do

• Answer and manageall inbound callsfrom prospective clients with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Ask discovery questions,qualify leads, and match needs to our services.
• Schedule consultations/appointmentsand set clear expectations for next steps.
• Make limitedoutboundcalls toreturn missed callsandfollow upwith active prospectsno cold calling.
• Accurately capture notes and keep theCRMupdated in real time.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great client experience.
• Meet or exceed goals related to response time, appointment set rate, and documentation quality.

What Youll Bring

• 1+ year of experience ininside sales,intake,call center, orcustomer service(professional services experience a plus).
• Stellar phone presence, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort working from a script/playbook while personalizing the conversation.
• Strong written skills for clear notes and follow-up emails/texts.
• Proficiency with CRMs and everyday office tech (training provided on our systems).
• Reliability and punctuality for anon-siteschedule in Gastonia, NC.

Pay, Schedule & Work Location

• Pay:$21.00$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours:8:00 AM5:00 PM, MondayFriday (no evenings or weekends)
