LPN

Position: LPN (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,326 – $1,495/week

Contract Duration:

• 05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• 5x8-hour shifts (Days & Evenings as scheduled)

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holidays required

• Must be able to start with full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide direct/indirect nursing care within LPN scope for adult & geriatric patients

• Support ADLs: hygiene, grooming, toileting, positioning, skin care per care plan

• Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, safe environment upkeep

• Assist with nutrition: meal setup, feeding support, resident preferences honored

• Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, assistive devices

• Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient condition promptly

• Complete accurate documentation per facility protocol

• Active NY LPN License (required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
