LPN

Pay: $1,258 – $1,420

Schedule:

• Full-Time, 5x8-hour Evening shifts

• Rotating shifts as needed (Days/Evenings/Nights/Weekends)

• Must be able to start orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents

• Collect/report patient data and assist with care planning

• Implement and evaluate care plans under RN supervision

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation

• Active NY LPN License

• BLS (AHA or RQI only)

• 1+ year LPN experience (LTC preferred)

• Ability to care for adult/geriatric patients

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
