Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Location: San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center Peridot, AZ
Pay: $50–$57/hour ($2,000 - $2,280 per week)
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s 40 Hours Guaranteed

Summary:
Outpatient PT role requiring strong outpatient experience. Work alongside two full-time PTs delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities (brief):

• Evaluate & treat patients

• Develop care plans

• Document progress

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License

• Graduate of accredited PT program

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist (PT) experience required

• Outpatient experience required

Licensure / Compact:

• Physical Therapy Compact: Arizona is a compact state

• Compact license accepted (AZ privilege required)
