Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager
$75,000–$90,000 – 1st Shift – Mon–Fri 7am–4pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager to support operations within a modern aerospace/turbine manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader looking to continue growing into a future Maintenance Manager role.

Responsibilities
- Support daily maintenance operations and equipment uptime
- Assist with preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory tracking
- Help oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery and plant equipment
- Support new equipment installations and facility projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Lead maintenance operations in the absence of the Maintenance Manager
- Promote safe and efficient manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing 10+ employees
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong safety focus
- Associate degree or trade certification preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
