LPN

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420

• FT Days and Evenings, 5x8 hrs per week

• Must start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Every other weekend and holidays required

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision

• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, grooming, mobility, incontinence, skin care, and nutrition

• Maintain resident safety, clean environment, and respond to call lights

• Support rehabilitative needs and follow care plans

• Document care and report changes in resident status

• NY LPN License (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
