LPN

Location: NY, 14527
Contract Dates: April 28, 2026 – July 25, 2026 (13 weeks)
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420/week

• Part-time: 24 hours/week

• 2–3 shifts per week (2x8s or 3x8s)

• Shift times: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

• Every other weekend required

• Holidays as needed

• Must attend orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision

• Support ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding)

• Monitor resident condition and report changes to RN promptly

• Maintain safe, clean, and supportive care environment

• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care activities

• Document care accurately per facility protocols

• Active New York LPN license required

• BLS (AHA or RQI only) required

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Contract-to-perm opportunity

• Works with adult and geriatric populations

• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible (clinical setting)

• Must follow infection control and safety policies
