Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and families regarding resident care
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
