Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 30 hours/week

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized therapy services across two skilled nursing facilities focused on geriatric and dementia care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities—without weekend commitments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Provide dysphagia management and safe swallowing strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across both facilities

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

✅ Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Prior experience in skilled nursing / geriatric setting REQUIRED

• New graduates not accepted

• Strong background in dementia care and dysphagia management

• Ability to travel between facilities
