Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation: $41 – $57/hour

Schedule based on facility needs

Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans

Provide dysphagia and cognitive-communication therapy

Document patient progress and outcomes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active California SLP license (required)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

SNF or rehab experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
