Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Permanent (SNF)

  • Location: California 93436

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Compensation: $41 – $57/hour

Schedule

  • Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide dysphagia and cognitive-communication therapy

  • Document patient progress and outcomes

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active California SLP license (required)

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

  • SNF or rehab experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
