Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing care in a Skilled Nursing and Behavioral Health environment. LPNs will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Document care and treatments accurately

• Assist with patient care planning

• Follow facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• Skilled Nursing and/or Behavioral Health experience preferred

• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends if required

• Strong clinical and communication skills
