CNC Lathe Setup Operator

Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up CNC lathe machines for production runs, ensuring machines are configured properly for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare CNC lathe machines for production, including installing tooling and fixtures.
• Calibrate machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and job instructions to determine setup requirements.
• Perform test runs to verify setup accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain records of setup parameters and adjustments.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC lathe setup or operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot setup or machine issues effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
