Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Stockton, California. This role involves providing rehabilitative services to post-acute and long-term care patients in a steady, well-supported environment.

This is a consistent assignment with predictable scheduling and guaranteed hours. Therapists work closely with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to support patient recovery and functional independence.

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Skilled nursing experience preferred
