Full Time, Days, M-F, 13 week contract with option to extend

Housing is available directly across the street from the facility for $500/month. Fully furnished, all utilities including WIFI is included.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.

• Achieve individual targets using data-driven pipelines to forecast patient outcomes.

• Document treatment sessions accurately for compliance and performance visibility.

• Collaborate with the care team to align on goals and optimize patient care.

• Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant certifications.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

• Support on-site scheduling and optimize patient flow to maximize utilization.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to team targets.

• Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment; ensure safe, compliant practice environment.

• Promote a growth-minded culture by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with active state license in good standing.

• Outpatient experience

• BLS
