LPN

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,209 – $1,366
Hours: 1x8 hr shift; must be available to start on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Minimum 24 hours (3 shifts) in a 4-week period

• At least 2 shifts must be on weekends

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision

• Assess, monitor, and report resident physical and psychosocial status

• Assist in developing and updating age-appropriate care plans

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team

• Maintain competency, knowledge, and participate in continuing education

• Care for adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care setting

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC (Required)

• Ability to safely handle potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues
