Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for skilled nursing residents.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under PT supervision

• Assist with functional mobility and gait training

• Track patient response to therapy

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Active CA PTA license

• Strong clinical and organizational skills
