The Opportunity

Associates in these roles may work on matters involving:

• Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate financing and lender representation
• Leasing transactions
• Development and construction projects
• Joint ventures and entity structuring
• Title and survey review
• Multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects
• General commercial real estate transactional matters

Attorneys may work with developers, lenders, investors, REITs, property owners, and private companies on transactions throughout Ohio and nationally.

Ideal Background

• 3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience with lender-side finance work is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Ohio Bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
