Physical Therapist - Home Health $2600

Home Health Physical Therapist – 13 Week Contract | California (95490)

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in California. This is a full-time 1st shift position (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with 36–48 hours per week and pay of $2,600 per week.

Requirements:

Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Active California PT License

CPR / BLS Certification

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Age 21+

At least 1 year experience

All required vaccinations

Responsibilities include: assessing patients in a home health setting, creating treatment plans, improving mobility and strength, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
