LPN

Location: NY 14456
Pay: $1,063 – $1,204/week
Schedule: Part-Time Nights, 2–3 shifts per week (8hrs each), every other weekend and holiday required; orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision

• Collect and communicate resident data to RN and interdisciplinary team

• Assist in creating, updating, and revising resident care plans

• Maintain resident safety, environment, and adhere to infection control standards

• Participate in mentoring/orientation and maintain clinical competency

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting

• Knowledge of adult and geriatric care
