Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Peridot, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule & Assignment Details:

• Flexible scheduling: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)

• 13-week assignment (with potential for extension)

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain in Arizona)

• Strong outpatient experience required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
