Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve their ability to perform daily activities and regain independence through personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine residents’ therapy needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ functional abilities.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, training, and education to residents and caregivers.

• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and effective care.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure.

• 1 year of experience. 

• Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

Contract Role:

• 36 + hour guarantee

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
