Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out therapy treatment plans established by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, strengthening exercises, and transfers
• Observe resident response during therapy sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
