Position Overview:

• Location: Lynchburg, VA

• Shift: Day shift

• Start Date: ASAP

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

• Productivity Requirement: 85%

• Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)

• EMR System: Common rehab EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Speech Language Pathology license

• Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred

• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
