Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation support within our skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, transfers, strengthening exercises, and balance activities
• Monitor treatment response and communicate updates to the PT
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
