LPN

Position: LPN (Contract-to-Perm)

• Location: NY 14527

• Contract Length: 05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026 (~13 weeks)

• Pay: $1,326 – $1,495/week

• Schedule: Full-time, 5x8-hour night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Additional Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

• Provide direct/indirect nursing care to adult & geriatric residents under RN supervision

• Monitor patient status; collect and report clinical/psychosocial data

• Assist with development, implementation, and updates to care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, residents, and families

• Maintain competency, ensure safety, and follow clinical protocols

• Active NY LPN License (required)

• BLS certification (AHA or RQI required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience, preferably in LTC setting

• Experience with adult and geriatric populations

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

• Comfortable with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
