Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a wholesale bakery operation in the East Bay Area. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift leadership role - 65% floor, 35% desk. You will be hands-on with your team while also managing schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support daily maintenance team activities across the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment - electrical, mechanical, and controls
• Build and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate repairs, parts sourcing, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards
• Coach and develop maintenance team members
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting background
• PLC experience preferred
• Comfortable splitting time between the floor and administrative responsibilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
