Join a Growing CNC & Fabrication Equipment Company
KAAST Machine Tools is a growing North American supplier of CNC machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across the U.S. and Canada.

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team near Philadelphia, PA. This is an opportunity to sell high-value industrial equipment, work with real manufacturers, and build a long-term career in technical sales. This is not a high-volume call center role. Youll work directly with inbound leads and active buyers, helping customers find the right machine solution for their application.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries from manufacturers and fabricators
• Speak with customers to understand their applications and production needs
• Recommend CNC, manual, and fabrication equipment solutions
• Prepare quotes and follow up throughout the sales process
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM software
• Work closely with our applications, service, and operations teams
• Attend industry trade shows (limited travel)

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, account management, or industrial customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
• Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing applications
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred (But Not Required)

• CNC machining or fabrication knowledge
• Experience quoting capital equipment
