Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in our skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and providing quality care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

Pay Range
$32.00 - $39.42 per hour
Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Additional hourly incentives may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
