We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Contract/Billing Clerk to review, post, and process all vehicle sales and lease contracts, prepare invoices, manage vehicle titles, process billing transactions, and more. 1 - 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office or F&I department is required.

Responsibilities:

• Review, post, and process all vehicle sales and lease contracts.
• Prepare invoices, manage vehicle titles, and process billing transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of sales and financing agreements and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handle customer inquiries
• Ensure all documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer policies, financial institution requirements, and legal standards.
• Support the finance and accounting teams by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract funding process.
• Maintain records of all contracts and related documents.

 
Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office or F&I department is required
• Good accounting, computer and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• A good work ethic and professional appearance
