Housekeeper Needed

Searching for a great house cleaner. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Main house has 2 general living areas. Kitchen, dining room and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms not needed. Hardwood floors and carpet. Also looking for separate quote/service for my father's in-law suite which is a one bedroom apartment, small kitchen, living room and hall area. He would need a deep cleaning initially, then regular cleaning after. Separate contracts. Not sure if schedule for both would be every other week or monthly. Will depend on cost.
