What You’ll Be Doing

Build and manage relationships with donors, churches, businesses, and community partners to grow fundraising support
Lead major gift efforts, fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, special events, and grant development activities
Oversee donor tracking systems, support development staff, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading fundraising or donor development efforts with a track record of securing major gifts
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect confidently with community leaders and supporters
Background managing multiple fundraising activities while staying organized, proactive, and mission-focused
