As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process. You’ll have the chance to work in various departments including Small Batch, Large Batch, Varnish, Dispersions, Blackroom, Sheetfed/UV, and Tote Maintenance. Every day will bring new challenges and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Quality Printing Ink: Follow precise formulas to craft high-quality printing ink tailored to each client's needs
- Operate Mixers: Measure raw materials accurately and operate mixers to blend components
- Batch Management: Weigh mixed batches of ink and fill client orders based on specified quantities
- Forklift Operation: Must have sit-down forklift experience
- Diverse Experience: While mixing/blending experience is a plus, any machine operating experience is a must
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic, sometimes dusty, environment
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team across multiple departments
