Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Read and interpret pick tickets to locate specific products, sizes, and quantities from warehouse racks.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect pulled items for damage or defects after packing them for shipment.
• Inventory Tracking: Use radio frequency (RF) scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track items and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Staging & Loading: Safely wrap orders, label boxes, and build pallets for shipping or delivery.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or cherry pickers.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, though entry-level on-the-job training is common.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and frequently lift, pull, or carry heavy materials (typically 45 to 75 pounds).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math/counting skills, and basic technology/computer literacy.
