Clinic-Based ABA Leadership Position | Autism Services | South Bay & Los Angeles Area

As our Clinical Director (BCBA), you will provide leadership to a team of Clinical Supervisors while helping drive exceptional client outcomes, clinical quality, staff development, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Supervisors and BCBAs.
  • Provide clinic-based, three-tier supervision and clinical oversight.
  • Monitor clinical quality, compliance, authorization utilization, and client outcomes.
  • Conduct weekly supervision and performance meetings with Clinical Supervisors.
  • Utilize Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to support staff performance and engagement.
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions to improve clinical and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with administrative and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor quality improvement projects and ensure regulatory and funding requirements are met.
  • Evaluate staff performance and support professional growth through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements:
  • Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience providing clinical supervision and leadership within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing Clinical Supervisors, BCBAs, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Extensive experience conducting parent training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and administering assessments such as the VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL.
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and evidence-based treatment.
  • Passion for coaching, developing, and supporting high-performing clinical teams.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience utilizing electronic data collection and practice management platforms such as Motivity, Aloha, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop proactive solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, families, funding sources, and organizational leaders.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in ABA, leadership, and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
