Position: Picker Processor – Cherry Picker
Location: Milford
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $18.50/hr

Position Summary:
The Picker Processor pulls orders from bin locations using necessary material handling equipment where necessary, processes picked orders for shipment via UPS, FedEx or LTL carriers, uses pallet jack to pick large truck orders and also performs cycle counts of inventory.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operating a Cherry Picker to pick orders and keep the lines stocked
- Able to safely use necessary material handling equipment to pick orders from high bins
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to push/pull a picking cart.
- Use RF scanner or computer tablet to accurately pick orders from bin locations.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Team lifts over that weight
- Ability to safely climb a ladder to pick orders that aren’t on ground level.
- Able to safely use a manual pallet jack to move pallets around the Shipping Department as well as to pick larger truck orders.
- Able to accurately process orders for shipment to customers using company WMS and/or customer portal
- Ability to help accurately perform cycle counts of inventory.
- Follow Food Safety Guidelines
Required Education & Experience:
- Must have Recent Cherry Picker experience within the last year
- Knowledge and skills through the completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
- Body motor skills sufficient to move around warehouse frequently
- Ability to be certified on powered industrial equipment including but not limited to: Cherry Picker
- Ability to stand at a desk/workstation for periods of time
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and frequently lifting smaller and lighter packages throughout the workday. Team lifts over 50 pounds
