What You’ll Do

As a Personal Assistant at Just Salad, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings to keep everything on track.
• Coordinating communications, including emails and calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handling administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.
• Providing day-to-day support to ensure seamless operations.

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• An eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• While no prior experience is required, a passion for sustainability and our mission is a big plus!
