Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Cup Packers to work in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Pack cups and drinkware products quickly and accurately
- Inspect items for defects before packing
- Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Follow all safety and company guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work the full shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- No experience required – training provided
