Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Therapist in Osage City, Kansas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on therapy, assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration for patients across the lifespan
• Opportunity to provide meaningful mental health support within a close-knit rural community setting
• Flexible scheduling and strong administrative support structure designed to support work-life balance and clinical effectiveness
• Collaborative care environment with supervision and full support staff available
• Osage City location offering small-town community living within driving distance of Topeka and the Flint Hills region

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $74,109 – $84,006 based on experience and licensure

SCHEDULE
• Flexible weekday scheduling options
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM option
• Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM option

ROLE
• Provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults
• Conduct assessments and maintain treatment documentation within behavioral health setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and community resources
• Support integrated care initiatives and continuity of behavioral health services
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in supervision and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

• Active Kansas licensure as LMSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, or LP REQUIRED
• Experience or interest in working with patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Comfortable with therapy, assessments, collaboration, and documentation REQUIRED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills REQUIRED
• Passion for community-focused behavioral health care REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
