Pay Rate: $18 - $22 (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging finished plastic products accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity and supporting smooth warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, sort, and package plastic products according to company standards and customer orders
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping
Ensure all packaging materials are stocked and organized
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Report defective products or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Assist with basic record keeping and inventory tracking as needed
Work closely with machine operators and other production staff to meet daily output goals
Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required — we will train the right candidate)
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed
