GROUNDS KEEPER

JOB SUMMARY: Maintain the back side/track area grounds

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a High School diploma/certified GED
• Must be able to obtain a racing license
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and write simple lists and tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work schedule required
• Must be able to operate grass trimmers, zero turn mowers and stand on mowers
• 1-2 years’ experience a plus

DEMANDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in excessive heat
• Must be able to stoop, bend and reach
