Business Requirements Analyst| Active Secret Clearance Required

Description:

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to support enterprise knowledge management, workflow modernization, and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative federal program environment.

This role will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements supporting Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
• Ability to translate customer needs into Jira / Power Platform / SharePoint work
• Strong communication and facilitation
• Ability to manage feedback loops and expectations
• Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft collaboration ecosystems

Requirements:

Education Requirements

Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
