PRESS OPERATOR
Monday - Thursday
4:00 pm - 2:30 am

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operate production equipment (injection/compression presses, hoists, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Use measuring tools (scales, calipers, rulers) to ensure product accuracy
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including PPE
  • Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and specifications
  • Support preventive maintenance activities
  • Ensure proper product identification and traceability
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport materials as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Assist with audits and other assigned duties
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–3 years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Basic communication, computer, and math skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
