Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Colonial Heights, VA.

At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, Office Managers, Lead RBTs, Intake Teams, Billing Support, and Administrative Staff. Our goal is to provide clinicians with the resources they need to be successful while delivering exceptional care to children and families.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Prior ABA clinical experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
