Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the lead? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Foreman to join our growing team in Mahwah, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high-quality work, mentoring technicians, solving complex HVAC issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do

• Manage field technicians
• Lead and oversee HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Train and mentor junior technicians in the field
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and repair options
• Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures

• 5+ years of HVAC service or installation experience
• Previous leadership or lead technician experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
