Poly Operator – Join a FastMoving Production Team
We’re looking for a reliable, safetyminded Poly Operator to help run production machinery and ensure highquality output. If you’re handson, detailoriented, and ready to work as part of a strong team, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in operating machinery to produce quality products
- Follow proper procedures and all safety guidelines
- Inspect products for quality and integrity; provide feedback to management
- Give and receive verbal and written instructions clearly
- Use your knowledge of production equipment and workarea safety
- Apply common sense and sound judgment in a variety of situations
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals and support shift changes
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of hand tools for equipment repairs
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach above/below shoulder height
- Comfortable climbing and standing on ladders for repairs and changeovers
