Location: Lowell, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Lowell, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping produce high-quality automotive parts efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating production machines: Safely running machines to produce quality automotive parts.
Inspecting finished products: Ensuring all products meet company standards.
Packaging parts: Packing finished parts into designated packaging with identification tags.
Tool changes: Making necessary adjustments or changes to tools as required.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications:
Ability to safely operate production machines
Willingness to train on different machines
Good attendance record

Skills:
Factory experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
Communication skills: Strong verbal and reading abilities for understanding instructions
Adaptability: Ability to learn different tasks and adjust to new responsibilities
Attention to detail: Ensuring high-quality production output
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
