Restorative Aide (CNA Required)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Restorative Aide to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality resident care while supporting restorative nursing programs that help residents maintain their highest level of independence and functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed nursing staff and therapy teams
• Encourage resident participation in exercises, ambulation, range-of-motion activities, and daily living skills
• Accurately document restorative services and resident progress
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for improving residents’ quality of life
