Building/ Facility Maintenance

A real estate development company is seeking a Building/ Facility Maintenance Technician for their properties out in the Brooklyn area.

* Oversee the general operation of HVAC, elevators and compactors

* Respond to tenant and common area work orders and ensure timely resolution.

* Install and maintain property signage.

* Perform weekly vehicle inspections for all departments

* Assist in training and onboarding of new maintenance staff

* Assist Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing maintenance schedule and tasks

* Assist with minor compactor repairs and maintenance.

* Identify potential roof leaks and report findings.

* Perform in-house painting, plumbing and general repairs.
