Commercial Account Manager

Our client is a 37 year old Family Owned company that is growing their current operations in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Louisville, Detroit, and Toledo markets. In the last 3 years they have more that doubled in size. They are leaders in providing comprehensive pressure washing services, working with property managers for commercial buildings, storefronts, condominiums, apartment complexes, concrete surfaces, commercial parking garages, and stadiums. They are currently seeking to add a dynamic Commercial Account Manager who would be instrumental in the sales growth for their Cincinnati area base of operations.

Compensation:

• $45,000 Base Salary + $15,000 in Annual Commission on existing business + New Commission (uncapped) + Annual Bonus
• First year on target earnings, conservatively = $70,000 to $80,000

Characteristics that have proven to be successful:

Candidates that excel in this position are those with experience working for or with property managers or have worked for companies supplying services to commercial properties such as landscaping, snow removal, elevator companies, disaster clean-up, office cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and electric to name a few. Individuals who have been or who are currently members of BOMA, IFMA, GNKCAA, CAA and other networking organizations are highly preferred.
