Technicians are responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, commercial properties, offices, government contracts, and move-in/move-out cleans while maintaining professionalism and company standards. Cleaning Duties • Perform residential and commercial cleaning services • Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail assigned areas • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, windows, and common areas • Remove trash and replace liners • Follow company cleaning checklists and SOPs • Complete move-in/move-out and deep cleaning tasks when assigned • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly • Maintain company quality standards on every job Teamwork & Professionalism • Arrive on time and ready to work • Work respectfully with team members and clients • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude • Communicate concerns, damages, or issues immediately to management • Follow directions from Leads, QC Inspectors, and Management • Help maintain a positive and productive work environment Documentation & Workflow • Clock in and out properly • Complete required job notes and checklists • Take before-and-after photos when required • Ensure all supplies and equipment are returned and maintained properly • Notify management when supplies are running low Safety & Compliance• Follow PPE and safety procedures • Use caution when lifting, moving furniture, or operating equipment • Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately • Follow company attendance and communication policies
